Return Request Period: In the event that you wish to make a return, please submit a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, kindly provide us with an unboxing video showing the damage. This evidence is crucial for us to assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance.

Missing Items: Should any items be absent from your order, please share an unboxing video displaying the remaining items. Kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will examine the situation and, if confirmed, issue a refund for the missing item(s).

WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT

The following are not eligible for return or replacement:

• Damage caused by mishandling or improper storage after delivery
• Returns due to change of mind or personal preference
• Items reported after 2 days of delivery
• Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT

         of receiving your order.

Step 2 — Include your order number and clear photos or a short
         video showing the defect or damage.

Step 3 — Our team will review your request and respond within
         2 business days.

• We offer replacement only. Cash refunds are not available
  unless the item is permanently out of stock, in which case a
  full refund will be issued.

• International orders: The customer is responsible for any
  customs fees or return duty charges applicable in their country.

• We reserve the right to assess each claim individually based
  on the evidence provided.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.
